People with Big Heads Parade

When we arrived in Nice we asked what we should see in Nice.

The very delightful young lady spoke English well enough to understand but bad enough to be really really cute and said “Oooooh, you are so lucky, you are here just in time for the People with big heads Parade”. This parade is an annual event held along the waterfront on Promenade des Anglaise.
